The PFA acid purification system adopts the sub-boiling distillation mode to keep the temperature of the liquid in the chamber lower than the boiling point, evaporate and condense, and prepare high-purity acid.
Imported high-purity PFA material is used, with extremely low background, smooth surface and no adsorption. The cavity is transparent and visible for easy observation. Pagoda-type condensation design, no need for water cooling, high-efficiency acid production.

High Purity Acid Distillation Purifier Installation Instructions
1. Place the acid purifier on a workbench with a fume hood;
2. Connect the outlet tube on the collection bottle to the acid outlet connector of the purifier, and tighten the nut;
3. Connect the inlet tube to the bottom of the purifier and tighten the nut;
4. Connect the three-way valve to the liquid inlet pipe, liquid addition funnel, and liquid discharge pipe respectively;
5. Insert the aviation plug on the heater power cord into the instrument socket of the control box and lock it tightly.
6. Installation is complete
Operating procedures for high-purity acid distillation purifier
1. Add the acid to be purified from the side addition funnel, and then close the lid after completion;
2. Plug in the power cord of the heating device, turn on the switch of the control box, set 120°, 999min;
3. When about 1000ml of reagent is purified, unscrew the liquid collection bottle, screw on the spare liquid collection bottle, and repeat step 1.
Noteworthy reminder: Many purifications will "pinch the head and remove the tail", that is: the 1/4 amount of the reagent that is purified first and the 1/4 amount of the reagent that is about to end are discarded, this is just to get a lower Reagents for background assurance.
