Meet HJ 688-2019 Determination of hydrogen fluoride in stationary pollution source exhaust gas ion chromatography
The polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane has a retention efficiency of no less than 99.9% for particles larger than 0.3 μm.
The layout and sampling of waste gas from fixed pollution sources should comply with the relevant regulations in GB/T 16157 and HJ/T 397. The sampling device is shown in Figure 1. During the sampling process, the temperature of the sampling tube and filter membrane should be kept ≥120°C to prevent water vapor from condensing in front of the absorption bottle.
A heated sampling tube is used to collect exhaust gas samples, and the particulate matter is filtered through a filter membrane. The gaseous hydrogen fluoride and the gasified hydrogen fluoride droplets are absorbed by the alkaline absorption liquid to generate fluoride ions. The sample is injected into the ion chromatograph for separation and detection, and the retention time is used for qualitative identification and peak area or peak height for quantitative analysis.
