The outstanding features of the inner tank of our microwave digestion instrument
1. The inner tank is made of modified polytetrafluoroethylene (TFM) material;
2. Material, without adding recycled materials, clean processing environment, optimized processing technology, ensuring a very low background;
3. TFM has a temperature resistance of -200~+260°C, and has the characteristics of low blank value, good deformation resistance, penetration resistance, and stronger recovery under high temperature and high pressure;
4. The experimental data is no less than that of the original factory, and the cost is low, which greatly reduces the cost of purchasing consumables for many scientific research units;
5. The inner tank can be matched with the acid-removing electric heating plate of our factory for acid-removing in the later stage of the experiment.
