PFA cleaning bucket
1. The small bottle cleaning barrel is used to eliminate sample residues on small PFA sample dissolution tanks and beakers.
2. The cleaning bucket is used together with the cleaning bracket. The stand features a mesh design to hold components in place for efficient batch cleaning and easy access.
3. The cleaning liquid can be soap liquid or inorganic acid. All the parts in contact with the acid are made of high-purity PFA. Put the utensils and cleaning liquid to be cleaned into the system with a capacity of 4L, cover the container cover, and place it on the electric heating plate heating.
4. There is a vent valve on the lid of the cleaning bucket to avoid high pressure in the bucket during heating. The system can maintain the sub-boiling state for continuous heating for several days without volatilization of acid and without monitoring by experimenters. It saves labor costs and acid consumption at the same time.
5. Different specifications can be customized according to the needs of users to adapt to other utensils in the laboratory.
