1. Product introduction
The crucible is a container for melting and refining metal liquid and solid-liquid heating and reaction, and is the basis for ensuring the smooth progress of chemical reactions.
PTFE is also known as: tetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, F4; the tetrafluoroethylene products of our unit are all processed from high-purity experimental grade polytetrafluoroethylene, and have extremely low background without adding recycled materials. The content of metal elements lead and uranium is less than 0.01ppb, and there is no dissolution and precipitation. It is the cleanest experimental analysis vessel at home and abroad. It is independently developed and produced in China. Resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, high and low temperature. Mainly used for trace analysis, isotope detection, ICP-MS/OES/AAS analysis and other high-end experiments.

3. Product Features:
1. The appearance is pure white;
2. High temperature resistance: the operating temperature is -200~+250°C, and the electric heating plate can withstand 300°C in a short period of time;
3. Low temperature resistance: 5% can be maintained at -196°C;
4. It needs to be used on asbestos nets, and should not be directly exposed to open flames. It is used for digestion of samples, removal of acid, boiling, evaporation to dryness, etc.;
5. Has extraordinary chemical resistance, can withstand almost all chemical solvents (resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents);
6. The cover is matched with our factory, and this cover is also common with the beaker of our unit;
4. Matters needing attention
PTFE crucibles meet the requirements for PTFE crucibles in the "Soil Environmental Quality Standard GB15168-1995". They must be used on asbestos nets and cannot be directly exposed to open flames.
Used for digesting samples, removing acid, boiling, evaporating to dryness, etc., all PTFE crucibles are equipped with lids. At present, many high-end laboratories are equipped with electric heating plates in our unit for digestion reactions.
